The Pinnacle Health membership is $600 per month. This includes all appointments, support, and resources—no hidden fees or surprise charges.
We recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful progress, but there is no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
Pinnacle Health operates on a membership model and does not bill insurance directly. However, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for your membership. We can provide documentation and receipts for reimbursement.

After your discovery call, we can typically schedule your comprehensive intake within 1-2 weeks. You will be an active member from your first appointment.
Before your intake, we will send you a detailed health history questionnaire to complete. It is helpful to gather any recent lab results, a list of current medications and supplements, and notes about your health concerns and goals.
Most members have monthly follow-up sessions. In the beginning, we may meet more frequently as we establish your plan and make initial adjustments. You also have unlimited messaging support between visits.
